Abstract

 

The purposes of this research were 1) to compare the number of early childhood children receiving a learning experience to raise effective domain using picture story telling with that passing the 80 percent of full score passing criterion, 2) to compare self-discipline with that of the students who passing the 80 percent of full score passing criterion and 3) to compare the self-discipline for early childhood children before and after the experience using picture story telling. The samples used in this research were 45 boy and girl early childhood children from kindergarten 2, academic year 2015 by cluster random sampling at Muang Karung Preschool Child Development Center, Banrai, Uthaithani under the Muang Karung Sub-district Manicipality. The instruments used in the research were 1) 30 plans of learning experiences to raise effective domain using picture story telling on self-discipline for early childhood children and 2) the self-discipline observation plans approved by art activities specialist. Data analysis was done by using mean, standard deviation, percentage and hypothesis testing using Chi square and t-test for dependent sample.
The research findings were as follows:

  1. 1.98.52 percent of all early childhood children receiving a learning experience to raise effective domain using picture story telling on self-discipline passed the 80 percent of full score passing criterion significantly at the statical level of of .05.
